- SEO: Search engine optimization to improve online visibility and traffic.
- WhatsApp Automation: Setup and management of WhatsApp Business API solutions.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of services.
3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the successful delivery of our services, clients agree to:
- Provide accurate, timely, and complete information required for project execution
- Respond to communications and approvals within agreed-upon timeframes
- Provide access to necessary accounts, platforms, and resources as needed
- Make timely payments as per the agreed payment schedule
- Ensure all content and materials provided do not infringe on third-party rights
4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to our services are handled as follows:
- Alyanka Ownership: All methodologies, templates, tools, and proprietary processes remain the intellectual property of Alyanka.
- Client Ownership: Upon full payment, all final deliverables created specifically for the client, including designs, content, and code, are transferred to the client.
- Third-Party Assets: Any third-party assets, plugins, or stock resources used in deliverables are subject to their respective licensing terms.
- Portfolio Rights: Alyanka reserves the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Payment Terms
The following payment terms apply to all engagements:
- Advance Payment: A minimum of 50% advance payment is required before project commencement, unless otherwise agreed.
- Milestone Payments: For long-term projects, payments are structured across milestones as outlined in the project proposal.
- Late Payments: Invoices are due within 15 days of issuance. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge.
- Refunds: Due to the nature of digital services, advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
6. Project Timeline & Revisions
Project timelines and revision policies are as follows:
- Timelines: Project timelines are estimates based on the scope of work. Delays caused by client-side factors may extend delivery dates.
- Revisions: Each project includes up to 3 rounds of revisions per deliverable. Additional revisions will be billed at an hourly rate.
- Scope Changes: Any changes to the original scope of work will be assessed and may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary, sensitive, or non-public information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes business strategies, financial information, customer data, and trade secrets. Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of any service agreement and remain in effect indefinitely.
8. Limitation of Liability
Alyanka shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We do not guarantee specific results such as search engine rankings, traffic volumes, or revenue figures, as these depend on factors beyond our control.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement under the following conditions:
- By Client: The client may terminate services with 30 days' written notice. Advance payments for uncompleted work are non-refundable.
- By Alyanka: We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for non-payment, breach of terms, or abusive conduct.
- Upon Termination: The client will receive all completed deliverables up to the termination date, subject to full payment of outstanding invoices.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiations before pursuing legal action.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
