Free AI automation audit
Find out what your company can automate, and what it's worth.
A 30-minute call with the founder, then a written plan with the workflows to automate first and their estimated savings.
| Workflow | Hours / month |
|---|---|
| Drawing sheets generated from Excel dataEngineering | 120 |
| Monthly MIS report from Tally and ExcelFinance | 40 |
| Enquiry capture and follow-upSales | 65 |
| Daily production summaryOperations | 30 |
| Hours returned each month | 255 |
What happens on the call, from the founder.
"Most teams I speak with lose hours every week to the same few jobs: copying data between Excel, Tally and the ERP, redrawing near-identical drawings, and building the monthly report by hand."
"On the audit call you show me one of those jobs. I map where the time goes, and within a few days you get a written plan: what to automate first, what it saves, and a fixed-price pilot. If automation is not worth it for you, I will tell you that too."

What you walk away with.
A plan you can act on, with or without us.
- The 3 to 5 workflows most worth automating, in priority order
- Estimated hours and cost saved for each, with the assumptions shown
- How each would connect to your current systems and files
- A fixed-price pilot proposal for the strongest one
-
30-minute call
You walk us through how the work gets done today: the files, the systems and where time or accuracy is lost.
-
We map the workflows
We look for repetitive, rule-based steps: data entry, drawings, reports, follow-ups, reconciliations.
-
Written automation plan
Priorities, estimated savings and a pilot you can approve on its own numbers.
What each leader gets from it.
CEO and MD
Where automation moves the business most, in priority order, and what it takes to get there.
CFO and finance
Hours and cost saved per workflow, pilot cost and expected payback, in numbers you can check.
CTO and IT
How each automation connects to your systems, where data lives, and what stays in your control.
CMO and sales heads
Which parts of lead handling and follow-up can run automatically, without losing the personal touch.
Engineering and operations
Drawings, BOQs, reports and data entry that can be generated from what you already have.
After the audit: one fixed-price pilot.
If a workflow stands out, we propose a small pilot with a written scope, a fixed price and one success metric. You approve it on its own numbers.
Pilot terms
How the first automation is priced and judged.
- Fixed price, agreed in writing. Scope, timeline and cost are fixed before work starts. No hourly billing.
- One agreed success metric. For example hours per report, errors per month, or response time, measured before and after.
- You own it. Code, workflows, accounts and data are yours, documented and handed over.
Questions leaders ask first.
Is the audit really free?
Yes. It is how we find out whether we can help, and how you find out whether you want to work with us. There is no obligation to go further.
What should I prepare?
Nothing formal. It helps to have one or two examples of the work you want to automate: a report, a drawing, an email thread, the spreadsheet it comes from.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, before you share anything confidential. Send it over when you book, or ask for ours.
What happens after the audit?
You receive the written plan. If one automation stands out, we propose a fixed-price pilot for it. You decide on the numbers, with no pressure to continue.
How much does a pilot cost?
It depends on the workflow and the systems involved. Every pilot is fixed-price, agreed in writing, and sized so its savings justify it on their own.
