Security and data
Automation that keeps your data yours.
How we handle drawings, financials and customer data when we automate the work around them.
- Your sourcesEmail, Excel, Tally, drawings, ERP
- Processing in your environmentYour cloud or your servers, private AI models
- Human reviewApproval before anything is final
- Back into your systemsLogged, traceable, reversible
Six rules every project follows.
Your data stays in your environment
Automations run in your cloud account or on your own servers wherever the work requires it. We do not copy your data into our systems.
Private AI models
We use enterprise AI APIs that do not train on your data, or open-source models hosted in your environment when data cannot leave it.
People approve what matters
Anything that goes to a customer, changes money or alters a drawing passes a human review step before it is final.
Access control and logs
Least-privilege service accounts, and a log of what each automation read, wrote and sent, so every output can be traced.
NDA as standard
We sign your NDA, or offer ours, before you share confidential files. Access is limited to the people on your project.
You own everything
Code, prompts, workflows, accounts and data are yours. Documentation is handed over, so you are never locked in.
Works with the systems you already run.
We connect to your existing tools rather than asking you to replace them.

Questions from IT teams.
Is our data used to train AI models?
No. We use AI services whose business terms exclude training on customer data, or models that run entirely inside your environment.
Can the automation run on-premise?
Yes. For drawings, financial data or anything that cannot leave your network, we deploy to your own servers or private cloud.
How do you handle personal data?
We collect only what the workflow needs, keep it for as long as it is needed, and support deletion on request, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What happens if we stop working with you?
Nothing breaks. You already own the code and accounts, and the documentation explains how everything runs, so another team can take over.
