About Alyanka

What does Alyanka do?

Alyanka builds AI agents, workflow automation and custom business software for manufacturers. It automates quotations, reconciliations, AutoCAD drawings, follow-ups, stock management and complete company management from HR to production, and is based in Vadodara, Gujarat, India.

Who provides workflow automation for manufacturers in Vadodara and Gujarat?

Alyanka is a Vadodara-based company that provides business process and workflow automation for manufacturers across Gujarat, including Vadodara, Ahmedabad, Ankleshwar, Surat, Vapi and Rajkot. It offers a free AI automation audit, on a call or at the plant.

Who founded Alyanka?

Alyanka was founded in 2021 by Ayush Patel, who holds a BE in Information Technology and an MSc in Machine Learning and AI from Liverpool John Moores University, delivered with IIIT Bangalore.

Which industries does Alyanka work with?

Alyanka has delivered automation for cable manufacturers, design and engineering firms, project management consultancies and solar manufacturers, and works with other engineered-to-order manufacturers such as transformer, electrical panel, pump, valve and process equipment makers.

Does Alyanka work outside Gujarat?

Yes. Alyanka works with companies across India over calls and screen sharing, and visits plants in person across Gujarat for audits and rollouts.

Can Alyanka share its client list?

Alyanka keeps client names confidential by default and shares anonymised case studies instead, describing each client by industry, size and region.

Automation for manufacturers

What is business process automation for a manufacturer?

Business process automation for a manufacturer means software doing the repetitive office work around production: reading enquiries, preparing quotations, generating drawings, posting invoices, reconciling accounts, tracking stock and sending follow-ups, with people approving the important steps.

What should a manufacturer automate first?

Automate first the task that happens daily or weekly, takes hours of someone's time, follows clear rules and causes costly mistakes. For most manufacturers that is quotation preparation, drawing generation, reconciliation or stock tracking.

What is the difference between AI agents and normal automation?

Normal automation follows fixed steps on structured data, while AI agents can also read unstructured inputs such as emails, PDFs and drawings and decide the next step. Alyanka combines both, and keeps a person in the loop for anything that matters.

Will automation replace our staff?

No. Automation removes repetitive data entry and copying, so the same people spend their time on customers, design and decisions. Every automation Alyanka builds keeps a human review step.

Is AI automation worth it for a small or mid-size manufacturer?

It is worth it when a repetitive task costs more in staff time and errors each year than the automation costs to build and run. The free ROI calculator on alyanka.com gives an estimate, and a fixed-price pilot proves it on one workflow first.

Cost and process

How much does AI or workflow automation cost?

Cost depends on the workflow and the systems involved. Alyanka starts every engagement with a free audit and then quotes a fixed-price pilot for one workflow, agreed in writing before any work begins.

What is the free AI automation audit?

The audit is a free 30-minute session with the founder, on a call or at your plant. You receive a written plan listing the 3 to 5 workflows most worth automating, estimated savings for each, and a fixed-price pilot proposal.

How long does an automation project take?

A first pilot for one workflow typically takes a few weeks. Larger systems such as a full manufacturing ERP are rolled out department by department over several months.

Do we own the software Alyanka builds?

Yes. The code, workflows, accounts and data belong to the client and are handed over with documentation, so another team could maintain the system.

Will Alyanka sign an NDA?

Yes. Alyanka signs the client's NDA, or provides its own, before any confidential files are shared.

Technology and security

Does Alyanka work with Tally?

Yes. Alyanka automations read from and write to Tally for ledgers, vouchers, stock and outstanding invoices, so manufacturers keep Tally for accounting.

Can Alyanka automate AutoCAD?

Yes. Alyanka generates AutoCAD drawings from Excel schedules, order data or design rules in the company's own templates, with an engineer approving each sheet.

Which systems can Alyanka connect to?

Alyanka connects to Tally, SAP, Zoho, Odoo, Excel and Google Sheets, AutoCAD, Gmail and Outlook, HubSpot, WhatsApp Business API, and databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL.

Is our data used to train AI models?

No. Alyanka uses AI services that exclude training on customer data, or runs models inside the client's own environment when data must not leave it.

Can the automation run on our own servers?

Yes. For drawings, financial data or anything that cannot leave the company network, Alyanka deploys to the client's own servers or private cloud.
